Payments not made within seven (7) days after an auction closes will result in the member being reported to eBay as a non-paying bidder. We ship exclusively via the US Postal Service and to U.S. addresses ONLY (See below). There are two of us on this 'team'; husband and wife. My wife is now disabled and unable to get our shipments to the Post Office. For my part, the Post Office's hours and my work hours don't allow me to deliver shipments to them without risking being late for work in the morning or having to leave early in the afternoon. These issues didn't exist when we started selling on eBay years ago, but, unfortunately, they do now. We were left with the choice of doing our shipping via Post Office pickup, or giving up selling on eBay, and we didn't want to do that.  In order to have any sort of 'life' beyond going to work, coming home and packing sales, going to bed and then doing it all over again the next day, we decided it would work out best for our family life to choose one day a week for our shipments to go out. That way I can devote some, but not all of my evenings to packing. That said, all shipments are picked up by the Postal Service each Thursday. We sincerely hope you will be understanding in all of that. My Wednesday evenings are devoted entirely to finalizing shipping. Therefore, items for which payment is received by Tuesday will ship on Thursday of that same week. Items for which payment is received on Wednesday through the following Tuesday will ship on Thursday of that week. Please click on the CALCULATE button in the listing to determine the shipping charges to your location. All items are packed very carefully (see our feedback, i.e.Packed so well Post Office crushing the box didn't damage item!!!), but since we cant control the handling by others, shipping insurance is strongly recommended. Please keep in mind that if you choose to not insure your package, you alone will bear the burden of loss in the event something doesn't show up or arrives damaged. We used to require insurance on breakable items, but kept getting 'dinged' for it. So, we did away with that as a requirement. Now that protection is your call. We weigh each item on highly accurate shipping scales and you pay only the actual shipping charges as calculated by the eBay Shipping Calculator. Quoted charges include a $2.00 adder to help cover our costs for protective packaging materials. Now, before you raise an eyebrow at that, please look into the cost of bubble wrap and Styrofoam peanuts. Sure, we could pack things at a cheaper cost, but then you have to ask yourself..would you really want us to ?  We've apparently been getting 'dinged' for that as well and, frankly, that just slays me. Where else...where else can you order an item online and not pay a shipping & handling charge. Please, for a moment, look at it from our perspective. If we sell something for, say, $10 and our cost for that item is $7, our listing fee is a dollar plus, our final value fee's about the same and our Paypal fee is 50-cents, then it costs us up to $2 for packing materials, what money have we made? The answer is none. In fact, with that scenario, we'd lose a buck-fifty. OK?  We're not using the adder as a means to 'make more money'. We're not trying to hide it and just say "that's the cost of postage". Without it, there'd be no way we could stay 'in business'. If this adder, or a portion of it, isn't applicable to your shipment, an appropriate amount will be refunded to you. We are more than happy to offer combined shipping when feasible, but since every shipment is unique, we dont have a set adjustment for each additional item purchased. If requested, we can quote you a combined-shipping cost in advance of your purchases. At the very least, provided we recognize that youve purchased more than one item, well refund any difference in postage paid-vs-postage required after your shipping label is created. eBay often catches multiple purchases by the same buyer and links all of them together on our shipping screen, but sometimes they dont. We sell a lot of goods, some weeks shipping as many as 30+ items. It would be in your best interest to notify us that youve purchased, or are bidding on, more than one item. That way we wont miss anything. INTERNATIONAL INFORMATION After much consideration and debate, we have made the unfortunate decision to do away with selling to international buyers. First Class International service offers NO tracking capability and NO insurance availability. Priority International service offers both*, but insurance rates vary by country and* some countries aren't covered at all. With all things considered, including losses we've suffered, it just isn't worth the financial risk and logistical hassles involved for the amount of international sales we've made. All of our items are sold AS-IS and are described and photographed to provide you with all the information we feel you'll need to make an informed purchase. We know that buyers are more comfortable bidding on an item that carries a money-back guarantee and, as such, we offer one. However, this is only applicable if the buyer finds that what is received differs significantly from what was described and shown in the listing's photo(s). Beyond that, all sales are final. We're no rookies at this, but at the same time we're no experts, either. As you can see from our listings, we offer a lot of different kinds of goods. We make every effort to be completely accurate in the information we provide you, spending countless hours doing research every week. We won't list an item until we're confident we know what we're talking about when the listing is posted, but we're far from perfect. As such, we welcome input from other eBay members that may know something we don't about one of our items or find an error or omission in one of our listings. Feel free to send us an eBay Message.   If you need further information or photos, please contact us by sending us an eBay message . Requests for additional photos will need to include your regular email address. ..........and just a note regarding eBay's new rating system.......... 4-Stars.............the kiss of death. That's right, a four star rating along with a positive feedback is....no good. That's what eBay says. 4 out of 5, 80%, a B-average, a.k.a. above average. Forget what you've ever known about a normal grading system. 'B's are sub-standard now. It's now straight 'A's or your business is doomed. Now, nobody's perfect and we're no different. We do everything the best way we know how. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. We strive to be completely accurate in our listings. We pack every item to withstand handling by crazed gorillas. We do our darndest to be the best of the best. But it's apparently just not good enough for eBay. As a seller, the visibility of our listings is directly tied to this five-star rating system. You get to score us, in four categories, with a choice of five stars. Our scores, what we're graded by and how we're treated by eBay because of, are measured in tenths (as in 1/10) stars. If ANY of our four categories fall below a 4.7, we are penalized. If any of them go below a 4.6, ebay treats us like we're dirt, pushing our listings way, way, way back in the crowd. Buyers who never search more than a few pages for an item may never see what we have to offer. I've said all of that to emphasize the importance of a 5-star rating along with feedback. We try our best to give you a great buying experience. We hope we'll succeed in accomplishing that. As much as it's a nice thought, we know everyone out there isn't going to be simply giddy and think, "Well heck, they're just the best gosh darn sellers out there. Can't get any better 'n that. I'm gonna give 'em 5-stars on everything".  We just want you to know that with anything less, we'll be the 'giddy' ones, as in 'giddy up'. 4-stars.......................the kiss of death. So, if you're not a happy camper, please, email us so we can try to make it right before you give us a lousy 'ol above average, 'B'.  We'd really appreciate it.
