Payment
We accept Paypal, Check or US Postal Money Orders only. If paying through Paypal, payment is expected The same day the auction ends. Also, we only ship to your confirmed Paypal address. If paying with Check or Money order, payment must be received within 7 days of the close of the auction; you must also email the same day to let us know that you will be paying by check or money order. Any non-confirmed payment will be refused. If no contact is made within Seven days we will assume the buyer forfeits auction and have the right to re-list item. After 7 days we will file an Unpaid Item Dispute, through Ebay. By bidding you are agreeing to the terms and conditions listed herein.
Shipping
All Items are packaged securely and shipped within 2 business days of your cleared payment. All items will be shipped either by the USPS or UPS. We reserve the right to choose the shipping vendor, we are not liable for any damaged items due to shipping. (Insurance is available please see below). Flat Shipping Rate applies to Only the 48 States and excludes Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Please allow 2-4 business days for your package to arrive. We do not purchase or supply tracking numbers for items under 100.00. Items exceeding 100.00 will automatically be tracked, the number will be emailed to you within two business days after payment has been received.
Insurance
Insurance is optional with shipping on any item $100.00 and less. Insurance will cover items lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. We are not Responsible for items damaged in transit. All items that exceed $100.00, insurance is included. Buyer must request insurance prior to payment via email for items under 100.00, please see rates below. Any item uninsured will not be considered for a return and/or refund under any condition.
Return Policy
We now offer a 3 day 100% reimbursement less shipping fees. Unless noted in auction. Defective items must be returned to us within 3 days of receipt of items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is buyer responsibility. You will not be allowed to return items if you have abused, misused, defaced, and improper operation or installation. Products damaged due to improper or inadequate packaging when returned will not be refunded. Products MUST have original packaging, manuals and accessories in order to be accepted. Anything that doesn't qualify for the warranty will not be replaced or refunded and the buyer will be required to pay for shipping the item back to them. Please contact us before leaving negative feedback. If a customer leaves negative feedback we will consider the transaction as completed and we will take no further action.
Feedback
Once the buyer has left feedback the transaction will be considered complete and appropriate feedback will be left in return. If you have any problems or issues, please contact us directly and we would be happy to address the concern A.S.A.P. Auction winners must claim and pay within 7 days of auction close. If payment is not received within Seven days and or no contact from buyer a non-paying bidder strike will be filed with Ebay. Feedback from a buyer is appreciated.
