During the Comics craze of the 90s, Comics Buyers Guide and Comics Values Monthly got some competition: Wizard! In addition to the values of recent books, they also threw in some interviews and analysis of Comics, as well as various information and usually some fantastic cover art by some of the best comicdom had to offer.
This is issue 145, sealed, with the enclosed promotional materials. The subjects: Comics Top Team books, the 12th annual Halloween Costume Contest, and a look at Ultimate Fantastic Four!
This book is in its original sealed bag, however, this bag had a slight tear in it when taken from the shelf, and that tear is still there, about 3 inches long, but leaving the seal intact. Everything in the package remains.
