insurance is required just to be on safe side since bulb is included
handling and packaging are included in shipping (since I will have to buy a box , etc)
shipping is only for the united states..HI and Alaska will have to go by priority mail because i was informed by post office they could take about 6 weeks to arrive by parcel post.
local pickup will be 3 dollars (sorry gas is outragious right now)
