Notes: I am not a postcard collector, but we found an exceptional collection of 200+ fine genuine/not reproduction Victorian and Edwardian postcards, all carefully mounted in several period damage-free postcard albums. In most cases I have no clue who the publisher is but I've tried to group 'alike' cards together. Grading is approximate with obvious defects noted. See detail photos and you decide.

NOTE: if you wish to pay by other means, such as personal check, company check, cashiers check, money order, or wire transfer, it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to contact Hart Consultants for payment instructions within 7 days of the closing of an auction via email at hartconsultants@yahoo.com. Failure to make payment or an arrangement for payment for any reason within 7 days of the close of an auction lot will result in a Negative Feedback. If paying by check, Hart Consultants reserves the right to hold all purchases until the check has cleared the remitter's bank.
Oversea buyers must pay by PayPal or International Money Order made out in US $ ONLY!
Return/Refund Policy
We normally do not accept any returns unless we have made a significant error or mistake in our description of an item. This is why we provide multiple photographs and describe the item as fully as possible and provide Condition Reports upon request!
Buyers Remorse is not an acceptable reason for requesting a return!
Shipping, Packaging Handling
We carefully package all items to survive rough handling by USPS but some postal employees can be brutal. We therefore make it mandatory that all fragile items be insured. Also, we cannot be held responsible for any uninsured items damaged in shipment!
We use eBay/PayPal's UPSP automatic shipping calculator. This calculates the exact shipping amount between our Zip Code (77063) and yours. This is the EXACT shipping charge that we will pay PayPal when when printing a USPS Shipping Label! We do not impose any additional charges extra for shipping - the amount you pay is the amount we pay. If you are the successful purchaser, please do not email us asking to ship your item free of shipping charges. If you should do so, making your request a condition of purchase, we will cancel the eBay transaction and give you a Negative Feedback!
Our Packaging and Handling charges are minimal, normally a fixed $4 per item to cover the costs of boxes, bubble-wrap, or other packaging materials and employee labor time. Fragile or valuable items requiring extra careful packaging or double-boxing may be assessed a slightly higher PH cost, depending upon materials utilized.
Unless directed otherwise, shipping will be via USPS cheapest available rate (Books/DVD's/Records/Media normally shipped via the discounted 5th Class Media Rate).
Houston, Texas purchasers may pickup their items at our Hart Consultants office and there will be no shipping or handling charge.
Overseas bidders should contact us for a shipping cost estimate prior to bidding, if no estimated overseas shipping cost is listed (check the bottom Shipping section of the listing). Yes, overseas shipment (including Canada) is EXPENSIVE for items weighing over 1 pound. However, items weighing less than 1 pound can be shipped International Priority Mail for $16.
Taxes
State of Texas residents not holding an exemption certificate must pay the combined State and local Sales Taxes of 8.25%. Out-of-state purchasers are exempt from these taxes if purchases are shipped to them by USPS, UPS, FED-EX or any ICC regulated shipper. Out-of-state purchasers who elect to pick up purchases at Hart Consultants' warehouse must pay Texas and local sales and use tax, unless they hold and have proof of an out-of-state exemption certificate.
