This listing is for a set of dividers or scribe. You probably know more about it than I do.
The tooling says "HUGHES" and "WARRINGTON", near as I can tell. It was hard to get it focused, I had to use a glass to see it.
I have not made any attempt to clean it. The thumbscrew turns easily and is not symmetrical, i.e. it looks handmade. The action is stiff and smooth.
